이베이 경매대행 을 하면서 이베이에도 이렇게 정직한 셀러가 있구나라고 감탄을 할때가 간혹 있습니다.

문의를 하면 바로바로 답변을 바로 해줄지언정 제품수령을 하지 못했다고 하면 기꺼이 손해를 감수하면서까지 다시 똑같은 제품을 발송해준다고 하는 셀러가 그런 경우죠.

아래의 경우가 이런 경우로 2007년 1월달에 처리한 건입니다.

위건을 2007년 1월11일에 경매대행 신청받아서 결제하였습니다.

이건을 셀러가 delivery confirmation number라고 하여 배송완료만 조회되는 미국 우체국 번호를 주었는데 조회가 제대로 되지 않았습니다.
위에서 1월11일에 셀러로부터 배송사실을 통보받았다고만 확인할수 있습니다.
그러나 주문한 제품이 도착하지 않아 셀러에게 문의했으며 아래와 같이 답변을 받았습니다. 이번주 금요일까지 배송을 못받을 경우 알려주면 새로 배송을 해주겠다고 하네요.

I have checked the www.usps.com website and see that it i has not been delivered as of today.

The provided number is not a Tracking Number, but is rather intended to show proof of delivery.  Therefore, is no way to track it.  Evidently, it looks as though this shipment may be lost in transit because it was in fact shipped.
Considering this, I will have a new order shipped out again.

이 답변을 받고 이상하게도 셀러가 보내준 01-02 Honda 2 Door Accord Grille SIDE Grill s을 바로 받았습니다. 우체국의 delivery confirmation number는 여전히 배송완료가 되지 않았는데 말이죠.
바로 셀러에게 이 사실을 알렸으며 바로 아래와 같이 답변을 받았습니다.
이런 정직한 셀러만 있다면 이베이에서 구매하는 모든건은 아무런 문제가 없이 처리가 될거라 생각이 되구요.
이 셀러에게 너무 감사하다란 말을 전하고 싶네요^^
